Mt. Moon was a dream-folk collective featuring ex-members of 1800s Sea Monster and Anglos Animalia (Maine based art-rock bands) operating out of Bangor in the summer of 2008 only. The group managed to play four shows, appear for one live in the studio hour-long radio show in Rockland, and make one EP, a double-live album, and one forty minute, seven song full-length of all seven of their original songs to serve as their own musical funeral. This last album, "A Burial In Seven Births" is an massively proud effort and is available for free download with artwork via mediafire in the album's description here on lastfm (just click "read more....") or on the band's myspace (www.myspace.com/mtmoontheband).
