Molotov Sandwich have been exploding in various parts of the UK since early 2005. Mixing styles as diverse as Iranian Folk, Country, Doo-Wop, Metal, Doom, Jazz, Gypsy, French Café music and Pig noise, they create a tasty and succulent sound that defies convention. As yet, no one description has encapsulated the overall sound of Molotov Sandwich, and many have tried, including such gems as "Circus Metal", "System Of A Down meets Captain Beefheart", "Tom Waits meet Prince meets Faith No More". Make your own mind up though... Debut EP "Bomb In A Bun" was released during February 2007, with a music video for "Rakhse Chai (The Tea Dance)" following shortly after in April 2007. Molotov Sandwich continue forward in their quest to glue to together the most unlikely sounds in to a coherent, flavorsome, and down right nutritious Sandwich that will both satisfy the urge for something different whilst causing your mouth to be on fire.
