Marit Mattisgard, from Øystre Slidre in Valdres, is one of the finest and most distinctive folk vocalists (kvedarene) in Norway. She sings, dances and plays the Norwegian zither (langeleik). Marit Mattisgard has been a key performer in the group Dvergmål.
