Marcella Puppini is Italian, and also speaks English and French. She created the Puppini Sisters together with Kate Mullins, Rosanna Schura and a versatile band in 2004. The three women met while studying music at Trinity College London, and have created a unique blend of a capella with superbly blended harmonies, jazz and swing. Their line up changed several times over the years with Schura replaced by first Stephanie O'Brien, then Terrianne Passingham and now Emma Smith. The Puppini Sisters four albums to date ('Betcha Bottom Dollar' 'The Rise and Fall of Ruby Woo' 'Hollywood' and 'Christmas With the Puppini Sisters") have met with acclaim from fans and critics alike. In 2007, Marcella started a new group, Marcella and The Forget Me Nots - that she composes original material for. www.puppinisisters.com www.marcellapuppini.com Read more on Last.fm.
