LIQUIFIED has thrived on inspiration from inside and out since 1998, put together by producer/tech head ROH (aka Roland Markworth). Roh sought out the freshest movers on the scene, hooking up dual female vocals, standup bass, and decks, to come out swinging and become one of Canada's only live future -soul collectives. Starting his own Digital Zen label, Roh signed to US label World Domination and released "13 Methods Of Hallucination" in 1999, selling scores of copies with no promotion or marketing. Two busy years followed playing festivals, raves and clubs, and then securing a Canadian deal with Fusion 3 for the release of "Maintainin". The video and single for "Big Ol Daddy" received raves from the media and underground alike, resulting in number one chart positions on campus radio, and leading to prestigious spots playing with Anne Savage, UK Accents, CMW, NXNE, and the World Electronic Music Festival. Roh has stepped back into the studio solo for a fresh outlook and new vibe - 'floor shaking, deep, organic house with remixes of Stars, Fidgital, and the Cure to name a few.
