Taken From His Website: It began from an early age by learning the guitar and piano, which ignited his passion for music. Many hours and late nights where spent learning and practising his craft when he should have been doing his homework. KF got his first set of decks at the age of 12 and there was no looking back. Every weekend he would go and spend all his money on the latest vinyl releases, by doing this he met a lot of good contacts in the northern dance scene and all the guys from 3 Beat records in Liverpool. In 2001 the decision was made that he didn’t just want to play the music he wanted to create it. From this he locked himself away for months grasping the knowledge of music production and also studied at a Liverpool Community College for 2 years where he earned himself a national diploma in music technology. KF then began to pass his tracks out to local DJs and straight away his material was being played out in clubs and on local radio. After achieving a lot with his production in other genres of music, his music taste changed and grew into harder underground music with this he managed to get in touch with Hard House DJ, Andy Whitby thanks to fellow music producer DJ Kurt and straight away the pair clicked and Klubfiller was made apart of AWsum along with Cally Gage and Matt Lee aka Gammer. Since then it has gone from strength to strength with productions and DJ gigs coming in thick and fast. Also it has now been announced that Klubfiller will be apart of the AWsum tours in the next year and 2008 sets to be a big year for Klubfiller as he plans to be releasing his own EP on AWsum and also there are plans a brand new record label to be set up Defiance Recordings, which he is really excited about.
