Jesse Hopkins

With a dedication to compositional craft and its impact on the audience, Jesse Hopkins has a proven track record of composing dramatic music for all media, including the 90 minute score to the video game Mount&Blade featuring the Russian State Symphony Cinema Orchestra, music for the feature film Jack Rio, the soundtracks for the casual game hit Daycare Nightmare and the popular political simulator Democracy 2, and bicoastal concerts of his film music synchronized with live orchestra to the Max Fleischer Superman cartoons, commissioned by Filmusik and covered by NPR as well as other major Arts review outlets. Working for companies around the world as diverse as MTV and Paradox Interactive, Hopkins' has also become the go-to composer of some of the most successful independent Game Producers who have made waves in the gaming community, such as Cliff Harris of Positech Games and Armagan Yavuz of Taleworlds. Composing chamber music at an early age and educated in Boston at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Tufts University and Berklee College of Music, Jesse has made a lifelong pursuit of music and the Arts. Putting this exacting expertise into everything he does has made him a familiar name in the video game industry and beyond.
