Frank Starks (born JULY,07 1982 in Fort Myers, Florida) is a southern style rap artist. He is best known as a ghetto poet who delivers his lyrics from deep with-in his soul. Frank began developing his sharp tongue and penetrating voice at the age 14 years old when he fell into rap. His first mixtape struck a cord in his local fans, which in return gave him the title “Lee County Lini” and “The City”. Frank Lini first mixtape was nominated for underground album of the year in 2006 by Hood magazine. Frank has been featured in multiple magazine publications for his musical talents such as Hood, Ozone, Voice, and 239 Hip-Hop. Frank Lini makes music that has real feel to it, that taps into the emotions of his listeners. He is currently working on his next project titled “I’M ALL IN”. Unlike previous mixtapes, this album will have all original production with an industry quality sound. His fans are very excited about his new project, which will be available on December 14, 2007.
