Flowriders is the band of producer, beat maker, keys player Vincent Helbers. He started with performing, writing and recording contemporary accoustic jazz, and now combines this with hip hop, broken beat and electronics. Fat grooves, tricky arrangements and jazz wise solo-ing make the band sound both raw and sophisticated. Vincent Helbers aka Flowriders hasn't wasted his time in the studio this year. The new album "R.U.E.D.Y" is just about to drop and the EP with the London clubhit Russelology will be released in june 2007 including a Marc de Clive Lowe Remix. Featuring such great vocalists like Nia Saw, Spoonface and his regular partner Colonel Red, the album sounds already heavyweight as for collabs, not to mention some live drum contribution from Richard Spaven (MdCL, 4hero, TY).
