Irish acoustic guitarist Eric Roche is best known for his role as a guitar teacher through his books, magazine articles, workshops and as head of guitar at the Musician's Institute, London, and later head of the Guitar School at The Academy of Contemporary Music (which is now named 'The ACM Eric Roche Guitar School'). He also released three albums (The Perc-U-Lator, Spin and With These Hands) which show both his polished technique and his strong melodic sense.
