It is one of those singers who have managed to forge a solid place in the Moroccan popular song, the style "chaâbi" and is now a real reference in this style. Born in Casablanca, Daoudi was inspired by the artists whose music he share the universe: Noujoum Bourgogne, Fatna bent Elhoucine, Hajja Hamounia, Hajja Hamdaouia, Stati, Rouicha, Najat Aatabou, el Asri, Hajib etc... He developed very quickly a great passion for this genre and began on early age to interpret songs from the musical register. This leads him to start his adventure, bringing in 2000 his first album, "Ayta Daoudia", which was very successful. He received the recognition of his peers, by the public and by composers who saw in him a value for the Moroccan song. Since then, each of his albums and each of his songs is a real success: his voice and moving lyrics make it one of the most adored singers of the time in Morocco. He knew in a little time to forge his own identity and distinguish himself by his style. Requested by a public increasingly, his art and his music exported well. Daoudi often gives concerts around the world (the United States to Australia through Tunisia and Algeria). Things that suggest a bright and shining future for this talented singer, capable of collecting nearly 350 000 people live at the Festival of Casablanca. Read more on Last.fm.
