There are four bands named Dandelion, also a Dub/Reggae singer: 1) Dandelion was a Grunge band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania formed in 1988 by vocalist Kevin Morpurgo, bassist Michael Morpurgo, guitarist Carl Hinds, and drummer Dante Cimino. Their music was featured in the MTV show "The Real World" as well as the Edward Furlong movie "Brainscan". The quality of the band's music was comparable with that of Nirvana and Pearl Jam. Unfortunately, the band missed receiving national fame as the albums were released during the time of grunge's decline in popularity. 2) Dandelion is an all Girl band out of New York City. Hot Women that know how to ROCK!!! A Female Fetale Rock Show! Talent, Excitement, Allure! It's not common to find a band with such an array of talent on Multiple levels. a Band that Can Rock out on any Style in the Party Rock/Pop/Dance Genres. The band split in 2004. 4) Reggae/Dub MC/singer from London. http://www.myspace.com/dandelionmc 5) Dandelion are a folk-tinged indie-pop band from Volendam, The Netherlands, who released one EP thusfar, 2014's The All Year Round EP and one full-length album Everest in 2016. 6) Dandelion were an all female punk power pop band from Adelaide, South Australia.
