The government banded the album due to photographs of Houston Police, and its lyrical content. After dealing with courthouse litigations and stress from the press, Trinity Garden Cartel released the album "Da Saga Continues" in 1996 with the smash single "I'd rather be judge by 12 than carried by 6". With a blazing track from Mike B AKA "Lil Fonky", and the prodigious idea from Herb Mann, Cartel Records was at it again. In 1998 Cartel Records released Herb Mann's first debut solo album title "Mafia Melodies", selling 20 to 30 thousand copies independently. Herb Mann is a vet in the game. He has collaborated with DJ. Micheal Watts of the Swishahouse and C-Note from the Botany Boys/SUC Family plus many more. After falsely being accused of murder in 2000, Herb is back on track.
