Biography The concept behind Cryptic Age came from music students Jenny Green and Hallam Smith, thanks to their similar musical tastes. After spending a term or so jamming between lectures, they decided to get a band together, and with bassist Tom and drummer Alex, have started to form a unique melodic, yet satisfyingly heavy and original blend of different styles.
