Charlmes (Jan 28, 1990) born in the Philippines and raised in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Known artist, music producer and former DJ in the electronic music scene. At age fifteen, he started playing and composing music on his electric guitar and found inspiration in bands such as, the Queens of the Stone Age, The White Stripes, The Strokes, The Vines and The Hives, which led him to mixing music a few years after. During the time of mixing, he felt the need to be even more expressive, taking his love for music to a whole new level, and started producing music at the age of twenty. A couple of years after, he gain better understanding and knowledge in the field of sound media, when he went on to study audio engineering at SAE Institute, in Brisbane. In his time of mixing, music producing and studying, he composed over 6 different genres and produced a total of more than 400 tracks, and is now in two independent labels, Onyx Studio and Biellon Records, based in Brisbane. He now produces talented and unsigned artists around the world, and is awaiting his next adventure in more of his studies in music. Read more on Last.fm.
