She co-headlined a show there with Kristie Stremel and was also invited to The Blue Door to play along side Ray Wylie Hubbard and Kevin Welch in 2003 and 2004 for their Annual Tribute to Woody Guthrie. Carter also plays many outdoor festivals which have included Amnesty International’s “Groovefest”, the Paseo Arts Festival, the Oklahoma City Festival of the Arts and has performed twice at the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival in Okemah, OK.
