Brooke Miller

She's a young artist in her twenties (with a lot of skills). She's from Prince Edward Island, Canada, where she was raised by musician parents, grew up with music all around her and went on at the age of ten to form a a band to play gigs in the surrounding area. To compare her with someone, well maybe Rickie Lee Jones and Joni Mitchell, just to say she's special.
